My name is Justin Smith and I’ve been in the IT industry since 1998. I’ve worked on helpdesks and support teams and in management (oh my). myTechTips is a site that I’ll be updating periodically with tips and tricks that I come across, both to remind myself of solutions to problems as well as to help anyone else out there stuck in the same predicament as I once was.
I’m now the co-founder of a IT provider and consulting firm called Experiant Consulting in Calgary, Canada where we offer IT services to small businesses as well as mentoring and support to other small IT firms who are looking to grow and expand past the owner-operator stage.
